All floors of the museum are accessible via wheelchair-accessible elevators.
Wheelchair-accessible WCs can be found on the ground floor and on the 1st floor.
Disabled parking spaces can be found opposite in our parking lot.

The entrance to the museum is paved with cobblestones.

A loaner wheelchair can be borrowed free of charge at the ticket office. We recommend booking by telephone on 0203-301948-11. Free folding stools are also available in the entrance area on request.

Please do not take any backpacks or bags (larger than DIN A 4 – approx. 20 x 30 x 15 cm) into the exhibition rooms. Free lockers are available next to the ticket office. Please note that the lockers must be cleared by 18:00. Coats and jackets must not be worn over the arm.

Only guide dogs for the blind are allowed in the exhibition rooms.

Photography at the MKM is generally permitted without a flash. The use of photographic equipment must be agreed with the office in advance.
For legal reasons, the photography of some works is prohibited. You will find corresponding information in the showrooms.

In addition to the Küppersmühle Restaurant (0203/5188880), there are numerous other cafés and restaurants in the inner harbor.
