Registrations for Sunday tours and our KUMI are not possible.
Sunday tour
Every Sunday at 3 p.m. there is an overview tour of the house with insights into the collection and the current temporary exhibition. Pre-registration cannot be made.
KUMI – the Art Wednesday
During the duration of a temporary exhibition, there is always a guided tour with art mediators on Wednesdays at 3.00 pm. Pre-registration cannot be made.
Info: The public guided tours on Wednesdays and Sundays are offered free of charge by the MKM; all you have to pay is the entrance fee. These tours are aimed at individuals. If you would like to visit the museum as a group, we recommend booking an individual guided tour on your preferred date.
Themed tours
Our themed tours offer an insight into specific focal points of the Ströher Collection. 15,00€ p.p. Tickets and information are available here.
Private guided tours
You are welcome to book individual guided tours of the exhibition rooms on your preferred date within the museum’s regular opening hours. By prior arrangement, you can determine your desired focus (entire house | collection | temporary exhibition | architecture). The group size is limited to max. 20 participants.

Guided tours for schools
Depending on the grade level, the MKM offers different tour formats for schools.
Guided tours for school classes can be booked during regular opening hours.
Costs:
Guided tour: 35 € / hour
Guided tour with practical design exercise: 50 € / 90 minutes
Admission: €2 p.p. / Pupils from 6 years and accompanying persons

Andreas Gursky
From 9 September, the Küppersmühle Museum will present around 60 photographs from four decades, starting with early works from the Ruhr region, which often served as a setting for Andreas Gursky during his studies with Bernd and Hilla Becher at the Düsseldorf Academy.

Parking
You can park for 3 hours free of charge in the car park opposite the MKM if you have your ticket validated at the MKM. After that, each additional hour costs € 3.50.
